After serving for thirteen years in positions ranging from a youth pastor to a camp director to a school administrator, Brian stepped out and created 360 Family in September 2004.

360 Family exists to encourage and equip parents in understanding the world of their teens/tweens and how to walk with their teen into the culture in living a life that is honoring of themselves, those around them, and their faith. His passion is connecting the hearts of parents to those of their teens and connecting teens to the heart of God.
